Overview
Various studies currently point to very high workplace stress in Hong Kong, with many people suffering from problems such as work burnout and mental health issues. Besides harming physical and mental health, this also affects work performance, leading to a vicious circle. As AI brings a new wave of impact to the workplace, the course aims to help people in high-pressure workplaces enhance their inner drive, adopt positive behaviour patterns and understand the impact of AI on the workplace, so as to use it to achieve higher work efficiency and sustain high performance in a stressful work environment. The course combines psychological theories with practical skills, encouraging participants to develop creative thinking, improve problem-solving ability and promote effective communication between individuals and within teams, and then apply positive psychology to improve work effectiveness and holistically improve physical and mental health.
