Event Planning and Execution 101 Workshop – 香港青年協會領袖學院 The HKFYG Leadership Institute

Event Planning and Execution 101 Workshop

Overview

Successful events require turning creativity into rigorous plans; systematic training can solve problems such as vague objectives and loose procedures, ensuring precise execution. This workshop is designed for organisations that wish to improve their organising ability, strengthen their facilitation confidence and handle execution details.。

With planning and execution at its core, the course combines case analysis and simulated scenarios to guide everyone to start from audience needs and practise process planning and on-site facilitation techniques. Through a "trial run and instant feedback" mechanism, participants can master the complete framework from conception to implementation, improve their confidence and adaptability, and apply the skills directly to corporate training, ensuring that activities run smoothly and create a positive impact.
