Introduction
This course is a brand-new leadership training programme designed for student leaders in secondary schools. It aims to cultivate students' leadership abilities, communication skills, problem-solving skills, event planning capabilities, and teamwork skills, enabling them to become outstanding leaders. The programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience, allowing participants to interact with peers from different schools. It also fosters participants' confidence, sense of responsibility, and problem-solving abilities to prepare them for future challenges. This course is the pilot course for the "Student Leaders Training Certificate Course", which is designed to train students to become outstanding leaders in the future.

Features
• Converging Leaders of Similar Position Leaders: Student leaders will be able to interact with peers in similar positions from other schools, share experiences, learn from others and establish strong connections.
• Integration of Theory and Practice: The programme combines abstract theoretical concepts with real situations, allowing students to apply the knowledge they have learned to real challenges, helping them effectively solve problems in practical cases.
• Certificate Commendation System: Participants who meet the course requirements and achieve an attendance rate of no less than 75% will be awarded a certificate, recognising their efforts and achievements.
