Management Team Training – 香港青年協會領袖學院 The HKFYG Leadership Institute

Management Team Training

Overview

When leading teams, managers often face pressure, conflict and communication challenges, and need to balance collaboration efficiency with team stability. This course is designed for company management.

The course is split into morning and afternoon sessions: in the morning, teamwork training establishes division of labour and rhythm; in the afternoon, participants can choose conflict management or effective communication training, combined with belief-led leadership and time management. It strengthens leadership and on-the-spot responsiveness, and helps participants apply what they learn to their daily work.
