Overview
When taking part in social service, many people remain in a helper role and lack a complete leadership experience from design to execution. The day camp combines service learning and leadership training, letting participants start from activity design and execution and, through cross-cultural exchange and community issue experiences, cultivating empathy, a sense of responsibility and the ability to serve others. Participants will build leadership qualities with social commitment and turn learning into real community action.
