Overview
Daily life often brings stress, and without tools for emotional awareness and management, one's confidence and adaptability may be affected. This workshop is suitable for students who wish to improve their psychological quality and self-management ability.
With affective education as its main theme, the course uses group interaction and experiential activities to help participants build methods for self-understanding, emotional regulation and decision reflection. Participants will learn to recognise emotional triggers and bodily signals, master effective emotional regulation strategies, and use simple frameworks to organise their thoughts and set action plans, improving overall psychological quality and adaptability.
